Haley Coplen teaches middle school English and Technology, 8th grade literature, and 6th grade computers. She also serves as Rother House dean. This is Haley's first year at St. John Nepomuk. She moved here from Texas, where she taught middle school language arts, and prior to that taught writing and literature at the high school and college levels. She has her MAT in secondary English from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, where she also received her BA in art history. She is a product of Catholic schools, having attended from Pre-K through high school, primarily in Atlanta, Georgia. She is originally from South Louisiana, where most of her family lives now. Haley and her husband moved to Oklahoma to live nearer to family and friends, and are enjoying getting to know their new home with their two feisty dogs.
