Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic fraternal service organization. Founded by Father Michael J. McGivney in New Haven, Connecticut, in 1882, it was named in honor of the mariner Christopher Columbus. Originally serving as a mutual benefit society to low-income immigrant Catholics, it developed into a fraternal benefit society dedicated to providing charitable services, promoting Catholic education and actively defending Roman Catholicism in various nations.  Click here to learn more about the Knights in our parish...

Rosary Group

We understand that group Rosary prayer is an optimal way to learn and pray the Rosary.

In Sacred Scripture, Our Lord says: "For where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" -Matthew 18:20  This verse is often quoted to show the power of group prayer and it certainly includes praying a group Rosary. Furthermore, many popes have encouraged group Rosaries.

The St John's Rosary Group meets every Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM in Assumption Chapel.  Everyone is welcome to pray with us, please come join us.
