Sacrament of Baptism - Parents preparing to celebrate the baptism of their child are encouraged to attend a seminar class which is usually held once a month.  Please contact the Director of Religious Education, Mariavis Fitzmorris, to reserve your seminar attendance. Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) - Held each Saturday at 4:00 PM in Assumption Chapel or by appointment.  Click on the Sacrament of Reconciliation link for more information.  

The Holy Eucharist - We offer the Eucharist at all our weekday and Sunday masses.  Children in 2nd grade prepare to receive their First Communion in the spring by attending our Religious Education program on Sunday mornings or as students at a Catholic school.  Click on the Holy Eucharist link for more information.  

Sacrament of Confirmation - Confirmation Preparation is a two-year program that begins when a student enters the 9th grade.  Click on the Sacrament of Confirmation link for more information.  

Sacrament of Matrimony - Engaged couples wishing to be married in the church must contact the Parish Office, Deacon Cliff Fitzmorris and our Wedding Coordinator to schedule a wedding and begin marriage preparation at least six months before the wedding date.Click on the Sacrament of matrimony link for more information.  

Sacrament of Holy Orders - If you are thinking of potentially entering the Priesthood or the Diaconate, please give the parish office a call.  And join us in praying for an increase in all vocations.  A tradition here at St. John is to pray for vocations following each Mass; we kneel at the end of mass and say an Our Father, a Hail Mary, and Glory Be! Click on the Sacrament of Holy Orders link for more information.   

Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick - We offer anointing on the first Wednesday of every month following 6:00pm mass.  For those near death, in hospitals or homebound, please contact the parish office. Click on the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick link for more information.
